Ceramica Rondine obtains ISO 50001:2011 certification for its "Energy Management System".

This certificate, part of a series of environmental achievements on the part of the company, is confirmation of Rondine’s unwavering commitment to the on-going improvement of its energy performance through the use of more efficient, sustainable energy, aimed at constantly reducing the environmental impact of all its activities.

Specifically, the certification attests to compliance with the ISO 50001:2011 standard of the following activities carried out at the Rubiera factory (Via Emilia Ovest 53/A): production and sale of porcelain stoneware floor and wall tiles, comprising the receiving of raw materials, pressing, drying, glazing, firing, finishing, selection and packaging, using electrical and thermal energy.
